Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Wisconsin Development Team• Handle logistics for special events and coordinate development mailings• Prepare personalized thank you letters and other donor correspondence• Order supplies, manage digital and paper files, and facilitate team meetings• Support and coordinate engagement between donors and directors• Use the Conservancy's donor database and related technology• Anticipate program needs and share with colleagues• Coordinate team meetings and manage mailings for donor audiences• Serve as the first point of contact for questions• Provide general program and administrative support
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience OR equivalent combination• Experience building relationships and managing multiple projects• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading• Experience working across teams• Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
