What you'll be doing... The Verizon Business Group Device as a Service (DaaS) Product Sr.
Manager is responsible for setting and driving the roadmap and strategy for our newest wireless product and service offering for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders to identify feature priorities given feedback and the competitive landscape.
You will work closely with our development organization, the enterprise architects, and supply chain experts to deliver the solution to the market supporting launch and post launch activities.
The DaaS Product Manager will also be responsible for analyzing trends and adjusting the program to influence growth and success working with marketing and channel teams to establish correct product placement and needs.
The position also includes collaboration with team members on aspects of the offering that pertain to device enrollment and device protection.
Engaging with customers, sales, business unit marketing, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
Driving the new development initiatives from ideation through launch including managing the product development launch process.
Setting the overall product goals and requirements for all segments
Working with marketing and channel teams to establish correct product placement and needs.
Supporting commercial releases in collaboration with the business unit.
Overseeing post-launch support of the product portfolio.
Resolving escalated support issues on behalf of customers.
Establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships with other resources including Partner Leads, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, IT, Finance, and Legal.
Owning the business execution plan for assigned products and solutions, collaborating with business unit marketing and other teams for delivery of associated revenue and profitability goals.
Identifying ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction, continued revenue growth and increased market share.
Communicating product vision and strategies to varied audiences, including executives and cross functional teams.
Achieving stated goals and objectives.
You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of Product Management experience.
Experience in marketing or deployment for Wireless Communications.
Vendor management experience.
Experience with understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, and analytics.
Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
Experience in product portfolio management, and understanding product P&L.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following: Master's Degree or MBA.
Ability to demonstrate project management skills to execute on roadmap, moving a project from inception to completion.
Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills, able to identify and escalate potential issues as well as implement recommended solutions.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve high-priority goals.
Ability to facilitate collaborative resolution of differences with a "win-win" approach.
Polished written and oral communication skills to reach multiple levels of an organization.
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills, plus proven relationship building abilities.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $119,000.00 and $221,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule.
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
