To ensure every child feels safe, informed, and ready to flash their biggest, brightest smile.
What You'll Do: Diagnose with a Smile: Examine and diagnose dental conditions with precision and a reassuring smile, creating a comforting experience for our young patients.Educate and Empower: Teach children and their parents about oral hygiene, making it fun and interactive—think storytelling, games, and hands-on demonstrations.Tailor Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs, ensuring their dental health is top-notch.Collaborate with a Caring Team: Work alongside our talented dental team to provide the highest quality care in a collaborative, supportive environment.Spread Joy: Create a positive, stress-free environment where kids look forward to their dental visits and leave with a newfound love for taking care of their teeth.What We're Looking For: Pediatric Passion: You have a special love for working with children and a knack for making them feel comfortable and at ease.Dental Expertise: A valid dental license and experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric dental conditions are a must.Creative Communicator: You can explain complex dental concepts in a way that's easy and fun for kids (and parents) to understand.Playful Personality: A sense of humor, creativity, and the ability to turn a dental visit into a fun experience are key.Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a practice that feels like family.Job Type: Full-time: Diag onlyCompensation: Payrage $800-$1000 DOE
