Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is excited to announce we are looking for Registered Veterinary Technicians to join the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
About the job: You will assist the hospital in delivering excellent care to all our patients within the hospital and perform duties pursuant to WRAH Technician Protocols.

How you'll make a difference: Monitor and appropriately document patient vital signs and activityWork with all departments to run anesthesia for all CT scans/Sedated ultrasounds and/or radiographsCoordinate daily patient imaging CT schedule with all departments & Diagnostic Imaging departments (Radiologists and Anesthesiologist)Communicate with all other departments (timely, professionally, friendly)Opportunity for extensive learning, especially related to internal medicine, oncology, surgery, and ER/critical care patientsWhat you will bring: Experience working as registered technician anesthetist.
ASA Levels 1-3 preferred.
A strong desire to learn and apply knowledge/skills learned to daily work lifeAbility to communicate effectively both written and orallyAbility to demonstrate technical procedures as outlined in the technician protocolsDemonstrate reliability and follow-through with all work-related tasks/projectsSchedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $24.00-$30.00 / hour, based on experience with anesthetic protocols
