Job Summary: Responsible for performing repairs and diagnostics on all equipment: customer owned, company owned, and those under warranty, both in-shop and at customer sites. Essential Duties: · Builds knowledge of dealer supported product lines, service standards, and procedures and keeps abreast of all changes in various models of equipment sold and serviced by the distributor. · Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Service shop and Factory standards. · Vehicle inspection including factory warranty repairs, computer diagnostics and programming. · Attend local, regional, and national service schools and training sessions as requested. · Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment not only in shop but also at customer sites. · Utilize various equipment and tools to include, but not limited to hand tools, power tools, testing/diagnostic equipment, cranes and hoists. · Foster close, positive working relationships with all service, parts and administrative personnel. · Other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications: · 2-year Diesel Technician/Mechanic degree or equivalent experience. · Minimum 3 years working in a full-time technician/mechanic role on heavy duty chassis. · Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record · Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical experience · Welding/cutting torch experience preferred · Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail · Working usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Job Summary: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic customers in the assigned region while providing leadership, support, and guidance to a team of Sales Representatives.
