The hospital is the only Certified Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Labor and Delivery Unit in the area.
In addition, Dallas Regional is the only Trauma Center for 13 miles, and was the first Accredited Geriatric Emergency Room in Dallas County.

Responsibilities
* Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
County Specific requirement.
County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current #LI-MM5
