• Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation and service• Ensure residents are nourished and provided with company• Contribute to maintaining the health and wellbeing of residents• Support the kitchen staff in daily operations• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines• Assist with inventory management and food ordering• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other staff members• Provide excellent customer service to residents• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
• Reliable transportation• 18 years of age or older• Preferred experience in a healthcare setting• Compassion for geriatric population• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs• Flexibility in work schedule
