Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an inpatient position at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ.
This 365-bed community hospital provides patient focused, community oriented medical care to residents of Montclair and its surrounding New Jersey communities since 1891.
What You'll Do: provide exceptional nutrition care to patients on inpatient units; participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects as assigned;work rotating weekends and holidays providing hospital-wide coverage;provide training and education to department staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals as needed;be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process; andefficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement:Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Credentials Requirement:Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
