The Digi - IS Program Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing various programs and projects within the organization. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and technical acumen to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives that contribute to organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including diverse stakeholders such as IT, clinical, administrative, and business units, the Program Manager will identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions aligned with the organization's mission. Responsibilities include driving day-to-day activities related to initiatives and ensuring their successful execution across the organization.
Essential FunctionsThe essential functions listed are typical examples of work performed by positions in this job classification. Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of key IT programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver desired outcomes.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget adherence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and external partners to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful program delivery.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with IT programs, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes.Effectively manage resources, including personnel, budgets, and timelines, to optimize project efficiency and success.Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that IT solutions meet established standards and user requirements.Facilitate clear and transparent communication channels between teams, providing regular updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns.Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring effective partnerships and adherence to contractual agreements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT program management processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.Minimum QualificationsAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying. Education: Bachelors Degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and inspiring teams to achieve shared objectives.Exceptional project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change management expertise.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Thought leader and operational expert around process and service transformation.Ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows.Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the work of a major program or function within a department.Knowledge of current issues and trends in health care and clinical operations in a health care system.Knowledge of EHRs as well as other information systems, clinical software, and computer applications used in a health care setting.Knowledge of redesigning clinical processes to improve efficiency and patient care, preferably in conjunction with the implementation of a clinical information systems.Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus.Ability to strategize, plan and implement change.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsThe Physical Requirements and Working Conditions in which the job is typically performed are available from the Occupational Health Department. Pay Range Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range. Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $170,830.40 to $226,532.80.
