Slicedbread is currently looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team in LA ( hybrid ). In this role you will take ownership of assigned client relationships, from inception to delivery, consulting on data driven marketing strategies and delivering transparent results. You will assist and lead with strategy, execution, planning, and solutions on the client side, while coordinating and managing timelines across internal teams to deliver measurable results that align with client objectives. Prior experience within a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred, and a solid understanding of fundamental Digital Marketing principles are required.
Who you are Have a passionate, positive, and willing-to-learn attitude — you should be open to learning the basics of all things digital marketing and using that knowledge to make strategic recommendations You ask the right questions, pursue data with intensity, and aim to add as much clarity as possible to every situation You possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person, over the phone, and in writing You are proactive and independent - you identify problems and opportunities without being asked Excellent organizational skills Ability to drive projects and deliverables to completion Ability to work on multiple projects at one time Ability to think strategically and plan ahead Ability to advise on project-related issues and keep management informed on project developments Possess knowledge of key elements of a digital marketing, including Analytics, Facebook Advertising, AdWords, Social Media, SEO, CRO Responsibilities and Duties Work alongside Marketing + Strategy to formulate digital strategies that will achieve client goals Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, serving in a consultative capacity to identify, develop, and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns Manage project schedules, assets, content, and expectations Lead client kick-off meetings, organize (internal/external) tasks lists, coordinate client calls, provide detailed meeting follow-up and regular client communication Create campaign budgets and monitor and manage campaign costs and pacing Ensure that projects are on time and on budget Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations Assist in the creation of monthly reports and analysis for marketing clients Requirements 2+ years experience in a Account Manager or similar role, Agency experience a plus Experience managing 5+ clients concurrently Familiarity with Google Analytics, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, KPI reporting, etc. Experience within eCommerce a plus Experience with Project Management Software and Messaging Tools (Basecamp, Monday, Asana, Slack, etc.) Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related concentration Must live in Los Angeles area What We Offer A highly collaborative and flexible work environment that takes a team first approach Opportunity to spend 10% of work time on self-directed projects/experiments/etc. Unlimited PTO + Holidays + Sick Days (it's important to take time off to recharge) Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental and Vision
