Digital Content Executive - United Kingdom Purpose of the role As Digital Content Executive, you will report into the Digital Content Manager and be responsible for the curation and creation of content for our websites and GMB platforms as well as other 3rd party content websites. You will be responsible for the online website journey with the aim to drive conversion rates. You will also be responsible for key website updates like offer change, facilities and launching new features on the websites from sprint activity. You will be responsible for ensuring all outputs are data-driven & SEO optimisation is at the heart of our websites. You will brief design teams to gather content for these websites. Key responsibilities Website Population: Working across all brands and formats to populate our customer facing websites with content to drive engagement and pre-booking. This content will include F&D updates, core website functionality, facilities and opening hours , campaign activity etc Website Online Customer Journey: Working with the digital marketing manager – content to look at website trends and weekly data to map out customer journeys to optimise pre-booking and enquiry Delivery of new features: Setting up and rolling out new features on the website that have been delivered through sprint activity. Data-driven content creation & SEO Focus: Utilising SEM Rush and agency reports to ensure all content is 100% data-driven & end-user motivated GMB: Updating GMB profiles and manging the updates for these. Looking at digital reporting to see impact on website sessions Digital Support Inbox: Management of the managed digital services inbox, responding to queries and actioning anything that needs attention. 3rd Party Content: Responsible for curation and creation of content for any 3rd party websites that are identified by the Digital Content Manager Agency Working: Working with our agencies to ensure that digital assets and requirements are delivered to spec with the correct messaging. One Team Mentality: Maintain close working relationships with other support team and marketing functions to ensure a holistic approach and cohesive delivery of the marketing strategy.
