We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated creative professional who has background in digital advertising campaign creative (ie: display banner, social media, and video ad formats) and landing page design.
This role is inclusive of creative strategy, coordination, and production – working with a team of advertising channel leads, UX/UI designers, and other creative agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets for use in driving online membership orders.
A successful candidate is well organized, able to prioritize work independently, has exceptional attention to detail, and can work with the team to refine creative performance, as measured by increasing click through rates and improving creative efficiency in driving membership orders.
The candidate must be familiar with best practices and current innovations in the direct-to-consumer digital creative space, and able to bring creative concepts to life while also adhering to brand and legal requirements.
The development of digital advertising creative for use in Display, Social Media and Video ad placements.Coordination across various creative agencies and resources to meet creative deliverable needs and timelines while minimizing development costs.Creative concepting and development for promotional campaigns, creative refreshes, and new campaignsIntegrate with project management processes and guidelines.
Deliver requested creative deliverables on time (either directly or in partnership with other creative resources) and proactively communicate timing concerns with team well in advance of deliverable due date.Own creative intake request form process, and improve process as part of continuous cycle of refinementQC creative developed by other agencies/resources for accuracy and designCollaborate with paid media channel leads and UX/UI resource teams to build cohesive membership marketing campaigns.Provide feedback and drive direction for video creative – inclusive of script review, talent/location selections, script development, reviewing video creativeDevelop copy as needed (or coordinate with other agencies/support resources) for use in digital ads and landing pagesMake appropriate adjustments based on legal review and/or flag direction to broader teamsCreative deliverables follow brand and legal guidelines, adhere to necessary specs to run in platformMeet regularly with channel leads, supporting agencies and staff as needed to discuss creative tasks, provide updates, and to participate in brainstorm/ideation sessions.Maintain repository of creative assets, following established file storage and naming conventions and developing new processes as necessary/appropriate Proactively share ideas/developments/thought leadership in the creative space that could have an impact on digital membership marketing creative effortsProactively share pain points, areas for improvement, and solutions with intent of building a continuous cycle of improvement related to the creative process. Experience required: Degree in related field or equivalent work experience, as well as a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital ad creative and UX/UI, preferably in an e-commerce/direct-to-consumer environment.Experience in designing using Figma and the Adobe Suite of creative tools.Understanding of usability and accessibility standardsEffective communication skills and comfort level in bringing ideas and concepts to senior management, effectively determining and interpreting needs.Experience in working with nationally known brands and performance digital marketing.Ability to work independently but also in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.Link to portfolio Nice To Haves: Advertising Agency BackgroundVideo productionKnowledge of coding Eligibility Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
