Sales Development at Siemens is a specialized team focused on the Top of the Funnel, built to generate repeatable quality pipeline. We are a team of trustworthy, high-performing, productive, and motivated individuals, where the work is meaningful, and achievements are recognized. We operate in a fast-paced, innovative environment in hyper-growth mode. In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of sales development representatives responsible for inbound lead processing and cold outbound outreach.You'll also spearhead the team's transition from lead generation to a more comprehensive inside sales function, driving the end to end sales process for packaged software offerings delivering incremental revenue growth. Collaboration with Sales, Demand Generation, Recruiting, HR, Sales Enablement, and Operations teams is crucial for developing our people while achieving outstanding results.
As the Digital Inside Sales Manager, you will:
Lead a team of sales development representatives responsible for inbound lead processing, cold outbound outreach, and the transition to inside sales
Develop and implement a strategy to transition the team from a lead generation focus to a complete inside sales model, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and goals
Support the growth of the team's skills in both outbound prospecting and full-cycle inside sales functions, particularly focused on software sales in the buildings space
Collaborate closely with sales managers and account executives to ensure alignment on account coverage, target personas, opportunity quality, and SDR to AE hand-off
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development for your team, emphasizing full-cycle sales skills in addition to lead generation
Monitor metrics and KPIs, with a focus on productivity, pipeline conversion, and success in inside sales roles
Articulate the business value of Siemens, maintain in-depth knowledge of the Siemens platform, competitors, and industry trends, especially in buildings-related software
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual quota achievements, adapting plans to meet shifting market demands
Hire and onboard new Sales Development Representatives and support them in the transition to inside sales responsibilities
Develop quarterly plans to meet/exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Drive results: consistently achieving outcomes even under challenging circumstances
Develop talent: supporting people in reaching their career goals while aligning with the organization's objectives
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
3+ years in sales, sales development, or inside sales, with 1+ years leading a team
Experience transitioning teams from lead generation to inside sales, ideally with a focus on software sales, particularly in the buildings space
Proven ability to hire, train, and develop teams for outbound prospecting and inside sales roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Effective presentation and listening skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with some level of ambiguity
Experience prospecting or selling into accounts, with a focus on software sales
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $107,520 - $184,320 and the annual incentive target is 15%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
