Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with our esteemed clients across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, SEO, email, and web platforms. Your primary objective will be to understand our clients' needs and objectives, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of tailored solutions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management (50%):
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering proactive support via phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment of goals and execution strategies.
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, communicating timelines, goals, and strategies effectively.
Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
Foster strong interdepartmental communication to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
Client Retention Management (30%):
Focus on retaining clients through superior service delivery and relationship management.
Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to maintain positive client interactions and oversee contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
Work closely with channel team managers to prioritize client accounts effectively.
Cross-Functional Support (15%):
Support the sales team in client meetings and assist with audit preparations.
Act as a liaison between sales and channel teams to enhance sales materials and improve internal understanding of the sales process.
Develop case studies and testimonials to showcase successful client partnerships.
Process Improvement (5%):
Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline client onboarding, reporting, and internal communication.
Ensure seamless execution of account launches, updates, and renewals.
Maintain accurate account information and access across platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in digital services and platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and via remote communication channels.
Minimum 1 year of experience in paid search, social, and display marketing platforms.
5+ years of professional experience in a related role.
Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude.
