The Digital Marketing and Lead Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, develop and implement conversion strategies and contribute to revenue growth. This role involves assisting with social media marketing strategies, managing digital marketing tools, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure marketing objectives are met. Perks and Benefits: Health InsuranceDental and Vision BenefitsSupplemental Benefits 401K with a company matchGenerous Paid-Time-OffCompetitive pay rateSupportive team structure and company culture with a focus on work/life balancePaid training opportunities Key Responsibilities: Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies for organic social media growth that attracts leadsDevelop and implement conversion strategies from organic social media activitiesPublish posts in relevant social media groups.Monitor and track metrics to assess performance.Collaborate on keyword research and implement SEO best practices for website optimization.Develop engagement and conversion strategies for SEO lead managementAssist in managing and monitoring paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.Develop, implement and track Facebook campaigns and advertisingTrack leads and conversions, and optimize campaigns to increase lead generationTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Maintain project timelines and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Measure and analyze performance of marketing initiatives to understand the ROI, and KPI metrics and establish/adjust benchmarksFoster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.Serve as a brand ambassador for VITRA reflecting our vision, mission and values.Show genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve. Embrace and champion a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.Other responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and SEM.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Willingness to tackle new challenges and new ways of doing business.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Experience with marketing tools including Salesforce, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), SEO/SEM, and Google (Analytics, tag manager, search console, AdWords, etc.).
