Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines).
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to track key metrics and ROI.
Content Creation:
Develop and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing multimedia content.
SEO/SEM:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Segment email lists and personalize email content for different target audiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze digital marketing data to derive insights and inform strategy.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma Course / certificate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Attributes:
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial.
