Mercedes-Benz is seeking a reliable and hardworking Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in San Antonio, Texas. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign strategies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives- Manage social media channels, including content creation and community engagement- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as email campaigns and digital ads- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently- Innovation and creative thinking skills- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and draw actionable insights
