Digital Marketing Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Kohl's. This is a remote position based in San Antonio, Texas. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns- Help create engaging content for social media platforms, emails, and marketing materials- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for engaging our target audience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing- Resourceful and dedicated with a strong work ethic- Strong strategic planning skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
