**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Campaign Management:**
- Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.

- **Content Creation:**
- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for SEO.
- **Social Media Strategy:**
- Manage and grow Navient's social media presence across channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
- **Market Research:**
- Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
- Assist in the interpretation of data and reporting on campaign efficacy.
- **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.

- **Project Management:**

### Requirements:
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
**Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
