The Retention Marketing team is responsible for increasing customer value and retention. We implement strategies and tactics throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance the customer journey and UX.
Job Duties and Responsibilities This role develops customer communications that increase engagement, sales and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be building, launching and measuring highly targeted email and SMS campaigns.
In this role you will be expected to:
Develop and execute engaging email and SMS campaigns to support customer retention and business objectives Collaborate within Retention Marketing team and across multiple teams including Creative, Web and IT to develop campaigns, manage deployments and measure engagement results Support the creation of web landing pages Act with urgency to ensure that campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule Troubleshoot independently or with team to solve tool issues and other barriers to execution Skills, Experience and Requirements Ideal candidates will have:
Proficiency in HTML/CSS Proficiency in using Adobe Dreamweaver, Litmus or similar software Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma Excellent project management skills and attention to detail Solid understanding of digital design best practices Experience deploying email campaigns using CRM platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Zeta Marketing Platform or Salesforce is a plus Experience with JavaScript or RPL/Ampscript, customer databases, Google Suite, Wrike are all pluses High school diploma required Salary Range
Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year
