Digital Marketing Manager

What You'll Do
Leads the planning and execution of digital media campaigns (paid social, search and display), including budgeting, managing the external agency partner, and tracking results
Interacts with strategy and operations to ensure that company revenue and patient volume targets are integrated with campaign planning and strategy
Collaborates with the creative team to develop creative assets needed for campaign
Collaborates with the field marketing team to plan campaigns and budgets
Manages onboarding activities to bring new clinics into digital media strategy and campaigns
Manages prospecting and retargeting campaigns within Google, YouTube, and Facebook ad campaigns; interpreting data from Google Analytics and/or media platforms to refine strategies
Analyzes campaign performance data, identifies trends, and makes data-driven recommendations for optimization, including keyword optimization, to maximize ROI and drive business goals
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required
Five (5) years of digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house required
Three (3) years of experience supporting multiple brands with hyperlocal campaigns required
Healthcare digital marketing experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Analytics Advanced data analysis skills
