Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads- Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email, and SEO- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital platforms- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of digital marketing efforts
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and online traffic growth- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Reliable and independent work ethic- Excellent presentation and decision-making skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools
