We are hiring our first Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and sales through a variety of online platforms.
You will be responsible for building and implementing campaigns across digital channels, managing budgets, tracking performance, and continuously improving the efficiency of our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, with a focus on brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels including paid search (SEM), SEO, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Content and Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging, on-brand digital assets (images, video, copy) for use in online marketing campaigns. Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to optimize campaigns. SEO & SEM Management: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to ensure strong search engine rankings and optimized paid search performance, driving both organic and paid Traffic.
Social Media: Manage and grow the brand's presence across all major social media platforms through content planning, influencer partnerships, and paid social campaigns. Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing programs, including automation, segmentation, and personalized content strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions. Budget Management: Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring the best allocation of resources for maximum return on investment. Market Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and digital marketing innovations to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital agency partners, sales and product development, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and product launches. Requirements 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing digital campaigns and channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid media. Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
). Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies to optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work market and be available for travel.
