About the Role: Are you a results-driven Marketing Manager who wants to make a difference in society? If you are, You.com has an exciting opportunity on its Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving product revenue growth through acquisition and upselling/cross-selling across the You.com environment. The key area of focus is lead generation to drive growth in our customer segments. He/she/they will collaborate and support the Sr. Director of Marketing, communications, engineering, and product teams. The goal is to build out growth engines and develop marketing track channels that optimize the revenue potential of You.com by connecting organizations to the audiences that will benefit them the most.
What you'll do:Manage email marketing and advertising campaigns, both internally and externally with partners
Ability to create landing pages for campaigns and run A/B tests to help improve customer experience and monetize the traffic.
Achieve highly effective marketing channel performance across various organic, free, and paid media channels.
Track and report on performance KPIs to increase marketing spend efficacy.
Find incremental opportunities for growth, including new channels, partners, affiliates, and audiences.
Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency of strategy and creativity across channels.
Regularly track, analyze, and create reports on the performance of each marketing channel and campaign.
Focus on presenting the right product to customers through appropriate communication channels, showcasing key benefits, and executing proper conversion mechanics.
Develop and execute a strategy that optimizes marketing conversion paths and drives key business metrics, including sales-qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue.
Evaluate and measure user journeys to inform marketing, sales, and product roadmaps.
Manage, optimize, and maintain marketing-related in-app and in-product messaging.
Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), lead-generating forms, email drip campaigns, etc.
Manage ad placements, partnerships and influencer commitments.
Generate original content and collaborate with other departments, such as design and communications, to develop case studies, videos, blogs, email, and social media to drive product growth and adoption.
What you need:BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or business
3+ years of marketing and demand generation experience for either consumer or enterprise SaaS companies
Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, email, and paid media channels
Proficient in using Facebook and Google Ad Manager to optimize for ad performance across channels
Deep understanding of conversion funnels and marketing KPIs
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without skipping a beat
Experience in product marketing and /or subscription services is preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Team player and problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to perform other duties and special projects as needed/requested
Be entrepreneurial, scrappy, analytical, and obsessed with refining your craft
Pre-Qualification Project:Proof of previous work and results required; it can be a case study, previous websites, or portfolio
