**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Campaign Development & Management**
- Assist in the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns that promote Starbucks products, services, and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to measure success and provide insights for continuous optimization.

2. **Content Creation & Strategy**
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including Social Media, Email Marketing, and the Starbucks website.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.

3. **Social Media Engagement**
- Manage Starbucks' social media accounts by posting regularly, engaging with users, responding to comments, and fostering a community around the brand.
- Analyze social media performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4. **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), share insights with the marketing team, and make data-driven recommendations.

5. **Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team, including sales and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing initiatives and overcome challenges.

6. **Trend Monitoring & Research**
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Starbucks remains a leader in the industry.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships included).

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies is a plus.
