QTalent Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Sales Leader for our client, a leading provider of technology and full-service digital marketing solutions and services with offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Miami, Florida. Our client develops technology solutions from simple to complex, including custom web and mobile application design and development and customer-facing and internal software. Additionally, they provide digital audits, strategy, and analytics across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web marketing and advertising.
As a Digital Marketing Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include proactively identifying and engaging prospects, understanding their unique business needs, and crafting tailored proposals demonstrating our services' ROI. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively communicating the value of our full-service digital marketing solutions to potential clients. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing while contributing to the success and expansion of our client base.
Primary Responsibilities:Actively seek out and engage prospects to sell our comprehensive digital marketing services.Understand clients' business objectives and tailor solutions that meet their needs, utilizing a consultative sales approach.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations and ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market and provide valuable insights to clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our services in the market.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital agency or technology company.Certification in digital marketing or relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales, with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent organizational and time management skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
