We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our
team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing
campaigns, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the
performance of our digital assets and strategies. Digital Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy including all digital assets Establish segmentation models, and apply target marketing disciplines Creating visual concepts for promotional activities Managing the digital marketing calendar including social posts w/content and emails to various segments Work with sales department to learn which ticket products have highest marketing priority and build marketing strategies and track ticket sale conversions. Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company by ensuring brand guidelines are consistent across all digital assets Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI) Oversee all website maintenance (vendor relations, web hosting, CMS, and digital assets.) and ensure performance by recommending and leading enhancements in design, architecture, and navigation. Creating and updating digital marketing reports Overseeing the digital marketing budget Optimize SEO by studying traffic patterns, abandonment points, and other metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
