Summary: The  Digital Operations Coordinator  supports Clarion Events' portfolio of media and digital properties and directly partners with the media sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure successful digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for managing all deliveries for customers after the sale for media advertisers and serve as internal team support across our digital media products.
The Digital Operations Coordinator will provide a vital support role for the digital operations team. For those looking for fast paced launch into a career of digital operations. In this role, you will play a supporting role in coordinating the operational aspects of our web and social media marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation, and driving continuous improvement in performance metrics. You must be organized, motivated in your daily routine, and can prioritize and multi-task without losing sight of the end goal. You want everyone who interacts with you to leave with a smile on their face.

Essential Functions: Contact advertiser after sale to provide creative materials schedule and best practices documents Manage end-to-end ad operations, from campaign setup to optimization Answer customer questions about material specifications and campaign performance Ensure that ad material is received from customers by assigned deadline and review it to ensure it meets mechanical requirements Partner with internal production teammates to ensure campaigns are running on time and without error Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders Assist with completion of RFPs Collaborate with all central departments including sales, marketing, and content. web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to generate reports and insights, providing actionable recommendations for improving website performance and user engagement in roll out and Q&A of new ad products Requirements: in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager) and experience in interpreting data to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making in Excel / Google Sheets in Salesforce with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite) and experience in scheduling, publishing, and analyzing social media content across multiple channels understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) to effectively manage website updates and optimizations Understanding of core digital advertising fundamentals including display, newsletters, audience extension, and lead generation What's in it for me?
