Digital Product Manager

Job title: Digital Product Manager I Job type: 12 Months Contract Job Location: Hybrid - Once a week Onsite (Austin, TX 78744) Pay Rate: $40-$50/hr
Job Description: • Provide both strategic and tactical subject matter expertise to TxDOT regarding Planview PPMPro.
• Work Collaboratively with TxDOT Leadership in support of the use of PPMPro and replacement of the software.
• Work cooperatively with TXDOT ITD in providing support, determine the best use of the application's features, functionality in how ITD uses the application and ensure it meets the needs of ITD.
Minimum Required: • 2 years' experience in the of technical product support of software tool of Planview PPM Pro
• 2 years' experience converting customer requests for product management.
• 2 years' experience understanding and administrating system administration functions
• 2 years' experience providing scripts and calculated fields
• 2 years' experience in coaching or mentoring team member of PPMPro
Preferred Skills and Qualifications • 3 years' experience in the technical product support of software tool in Planview PPM Pro.
• 3 years' experience as technical support lead
