Respond and log all phone, chat, and internet lead inquiries in a timely and prescribed manner. Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences. Educate customers on the value of our products/services, addressing any questions/objections. Provide information about vehicle availability and vehicle pricing as requested. Offer optionality as a benefit to customers, including flexibility of offsite test drive and delivery. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact through closing the deal. Prioritize selling the car online and completing an end-to-end virtual transaction. Follow virtual sales process, complete all assigned tasks, and finalize documentation. Perform routine unsold prospect follow up and maintain accurate records in CRM system. Ensure that inventory, pricing tools, and end of day reports are regularly updated. Complete training, attend meetings, and become expert in utilization of digital retailing tool. Attain assigned ecommerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets. Maintain compliance and professionalism when conducting business on and off site. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, preferably in an online or virtual environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. Motivated by commission-based compensation and driven to exceed sales targets.
