*Direct Care Providers will be eligible for $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment and additional $500 after 6 months of employment.Southwest Behavioral & Health Services are seeking Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Community Living and Inpatient division! As a Direct Care Provider, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, related documentation, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to SMI members in a residential or inpatient setting.Pay range: $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and education with benefits.Schedule: 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available depending on the site. 12-hour shift is offered at an inpatient site.
