Part Time Position with Potential to turn Full TimeStarting $15 per hourPaid Training
Responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality and consumer rights throughout all activities and assignments.• Respect the individual dignity, rights, and privacy of each client.• Develop positive rapport with assigned consumers by learning about their interests, skills, and abilities.• Maintain a professional demeanor, with a focus on advocacy, respect and demonstrating a strong work ethic• Track individual consumer productivity and maintain documentation• Prepare workspace for consumers• Verify consumer completed work to specifications• Monitor consumer production techniques for adherence to established work instructions• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and work instructions in order to train consumers• Develop and complete task analysis, training plans, and job coaching reports accurately and timely.
Requirements
• Experience and understanding of people who have developmental/behavioral issues• Keen eye for detail• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Good verbal and written communication skills• Ability to maintain harmonious relationships.• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance• High school diploma / Equivalent.• Clear criminal record.• Ability to learn and pass all required training.• TB Test.
