Assist with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, and personal care. Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence. Foster connections and help clients engage in social activities. Celebrate victories, big and small, as you empower individuals to thrive. Provide person-centered, community inclusive support that helps a person develop and maintain essential and personally enriching life experiences. Dispense Medication - Certified to pass medications and perform specific medicinal treatments/cares according to individual need. Support the daily operations and needs of the program. Assist individuals in accessing transportation to meet their needs. Qualifications: A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen with empathy. Patience, adaptability, and a sense of humor to brighten anyone's day. Willingness to learn and attend training to enhance your support superpowers. Highschool Diploma. Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study. A valid driver's license for community outings. ( we supply the vehicle) Requirements: Must possess a valid MN Driver's License with clear driving record. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
