Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 6 accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in compliance with US GAAP.
Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and drive efficiency within the accounting team and across the organization.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong relationships and align on financial objectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience with process improvement and driving change.
Public accounting experience preferred.
