Our client is a 200+ bed, financially stable community hospital that is writing a brand new chapter for itself in a brand new facility currently under construction.
They also have affiliations with Northwestern Medicine, University of Chicago Hospitals and University of Illinois Chicago in order to deliver their patients world class care and medicine.
They are searching for a leader for their 55+ bed Intensive Care and Telemetry units.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the ICU/Tele units: meets deadlines for scheduling, staffing, oversight of clinical functions and maintenance of regulatory readiness to assure the delivery of quality patient care.
This job is for you if:

You possess proven work experience as a Nurse Manager in ICU or ER.
In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures.
Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
Team management skills.
Great communication and people skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
BSN required; Master's degree and training in healthcare administration are a plus.
Current IL Registered Nurse license or eligible.
