Reporting directly to the COO, the Director of Administration and Facilities is responsible for overseeing the teams that keep our offices open, and our executives organized and prepared to lead the firm in its journey through unprecedented growth. Keystone has 26 executives in 5 offices across the US and Europe. The Director of Administration and Facilities supports and manages the team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers who ensure that our workspaces are welcoming, professional and safe. As a partnership that leverages outside experts in our work, we have a complex leadership and stakeholder structure that requires eight support/EA staff.
As Keystone grows, our facilities strategy, office locations, and administrative support model will need to adapt. This role will be pivotal in crafting and executing the plan.

Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
