Regional Director of IAM Sales Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Key responsibilities: Responsible for all commercial sales activities within the PHINIA Aftermarket North America Independent Aftermarket (IAM) sales channel. Owns the creation of the regional customer strategy and drives growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Accountable to drive the team to meet annual regional sales, profitability, and expense objectives. Drives development of the multi-year revenue forecast for the Long-Range Plan (LRP). Establishes and maintains a high-performing sales team. Develops and optimizes the company's external sales agency strategy. Monitors market dynamics and provides strategic insights. Collaborates cross-functionally with various departments to meet objectives. Represents the business segment professionally across all levels of customer management. What we're looking for: 10+ years of automotive sales and people leadership experience. Excellent communication and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Understanding of business principles including sales, margin, and profit. Ability to communicate effectively at all leadership levels. Excels at creating and managing sales processes. Knowledge of market trends and their implications. Strong collaborator with team-first mentality. High credibility with customers and the company. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Key competencies: At least 5 years in the automotive aftermarket. Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM platform. Strong relationships in the NA automotive aftermarket industry.
