Anduril's Command & Control Division is designing, developing, and deploying a next-generation, software-defined, hardware-enabled distributed C2 architecture, focused on orchestrating 3rd party sensors and strike-platforms across heterogeneous networks in support of time-sensitive operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the US Air Force C2 market to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril's warfighting capabilitiesDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with critical Air Force stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams across operations, engineering, and manufacturingServe as the senior Air Force leader for programs within the C2 division and lead large capture campaigns against Program Executive Offices (PEO) within the Air Force acquisition community and across Senior Air Force leadershipFoster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvementLead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business and financial performance in a material and meaningful mannerDeliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiativesQUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be a proven growth leader who has demonstrated experience in shaping and capturing USAF C2 growth opportunities in ACAT I or ACAT II programs, both hardware and softwareDemonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions, with a history of zero-to-one defense program growth in the Air Force a plusIntimate understanding of government contracting, fielding, requirements generation, and budgeting for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to productionExperience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of deploying warfighting C2 capabilities at the tactical edge in a Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth (DDIL) environmentA leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to marketMust be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environmentAbility to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within defense and intelligence community to drive capability adoptionDemonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligenceExcellent writing and communication skills with experience briefing senior executives and customersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security clearanceMust be willing to travel up to 35%Minimum of 10 years of relevant Program Management, acquisitions or business development/sales capture experience in the government and/or private sectorThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
