Compensation: $119K to $125K annually, commensurate with experience

The Director will partner with the Asset Management team to implement and manage business plans and budgets, as well as providing critical support for pricing and reporting.
Responsibilities In partnership with the VP of Property Management and the Asset Management team, implement strategic business plans and budgets for each property in the portfolio to drive maximum shareholder value, while providing outstanding employee and resident experienceOversee and insure timely reporting on all assets whether monthly or quarterlyWorking closely with the Accounting Team, Regional Directors and the VP of Development provide monthly and quarterly investor reportingIn partnership with Regional Managers, implement and support a high level of governancePartner with the Marketing team to make strategic recommendations, implement and support strategyOversee forecasting and budgeting processes in collaboration with Property Management teamUnderstand and track NOI performance across the portfolioReport on critical operational and financial metrics to senior leadership and investorsProvide leadership and support during property underwriting, acquisitions, refinance, and owner transitionsMaximize revenue by developing and executing pricing strategy through market research and communication with property management teamDevelop Associates and Analysts for improved management efficiencies and/or performanceCommunicate strategies in collaboration with Property Management team, define success, and benchmarkProvide ad hoc analysis for changing operations trends and investor relations prioritiesQualifications BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferredExperience managing a teamRoles with progressively more responsibilities in multifamily and commercial asset managementHighly skilled in property management finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, pro forma analysis, and market analysisAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) requiredPrevious experience with industry specific management software, such as Yardi and Yieldstar strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrated leadership and organizational management skills, including strong people skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to champion through daily interactionsUIPAM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
