Essential Duties & Responsibilities What you will be doing:
Managing the overall functions/processes of the audio/visual office in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Applying hands-on audio/visual/technical and leadership experience to ensure themaximum in client service, operational efficiency, employee development, and profitability levels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer serviceEffectively oversee day to day operating procedures in accordance with company policyEffectively manage the sub-rental of equipment to ensure client needs and office profitability is metManage on-site inventory according to company standards, including utilization, maintenance and repairContinually capture hotel businessMaximize revenue potential utilizing company sales strategiesActively maintain and cultivate positive public relations with Hotel accountMaintain positive employee relationsContinually develop employees assigned to officeMaintain adequate staffing levelsConduct timely team member reviewsAddress employee concerns or questionsEffectively utilize the company's business softwareEnsure client and hotel account billing is completed accurately and on-timeMaintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and image of self, as well as subordinatesOther related duties as required or assigned Experience & Qualifications Required: Minimum of 3 years' HANDS-ON experience in the audiovisual industry Audio - microphones, speakers, sound systems, channel mixers, etc.Video - LCD, LED, projectors, screens, monitors, etc.Lighting - GOBO, gels, uplighting, basic lighting kits, stage lighting, etc.Computers - Advanced knowledge of PC and Mac softwareAdvanced knowledge and experience with audio/visual setups/strikes, certification in audiovisual technology or related courses (preferred)Demonstrates leadership ability - able to achieve desired results through othersPlanning Skills - able to effectively plan aheadOrganization Skills - ability to manage multiple projects and tasksProblem Analysis - Ability to breakdown problems and find solutionsStrong team player orientation Exceptional customer service or hospitality experience requiredExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required to operate a company vehicleThis job requires the candidate to undergo and pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
