ABOUT THE ROLE Build a cohesive, data-driven approach to penetrate, expand, and deliver our best-in-class data capabilities to key business opportunities
Collaborate with leadership to develop, execute, and refine the growth strategy, in alignment with the company's overall strategic plans
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across programs to identify new business opportunities, resolve issues, and provide strategic direction to internal teams
Establish teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures to create profitable return at winning cost
Foster a culture of trust, communication, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement
Develop, maintain, and update the pipeline of new opportunities
Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR A proven leader who has managed complex programs with U.S. Combatant Commands
Successful track record advancing new business development strategies and information technology solutions for cyber security, software development, cloud migration and integration, and/or mission support services
Proven ability to build relationships and lead through influence at all levels of the organization
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (including experience briefing senior leadership)
Proven track record of identifying and closing on new business opportunities in relevant markets (non-proprietary deal sheet would be wonderful)
Demonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, technical, or business-related discipline
7+ years of related business development experience in the Intelligence Community
Active Secret Clearance and eligible for TS/SCI Clearance
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, D.C. area
Hybrid work schedule, with in-person and travel time required
