Job Description
The Brand Marketing team is looking for a solutions-oriented Brand Marketing Campaign Director to help create and drive compelling, effective marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have broad experience across channels and understand how to integrate a cohesive brand narrative across campaigns to drive a positive perception of our brand and build a strong emotional connection with audiences.

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute a range of projects from large scale integrated brand campaigns to more focused, product or service marketing initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with internal business partners to understand the business strategy, objectives, and priorities for all line-of-business campaigns
- Lead campaign development process from briefing through delivery; effectively engaging and communicating with stakeholders throughout to provide status and ensure alignment to strategic goals, deadlines
- Own all material reviews with legal and compliance; interpret and provide guidance to satisfy all feedback and substantiation requests
- Partner closely with Media team to ensure strategic and creative cohesion across paid channels; drive creative rotation process and provide strategic recommendations for creative optimization opportunities
- Serve as lead across creative agency partners, managing collaboration across internal partners, key stakeholders and clients
- Partner closely with Digital Experience team to define how all campaigns are supported through owned channels
- Partner with Data & Analytics and Customer Insights teams to set, communicate and measure relevant KPIs for all campaigns, demonstrating tangible brand and business impact
- Contribute to internal communications strategies relative to all key campaigns to engage employees
- Keep abreast of relevant trends, competitive positioning and activity, and industry best practices
-Bachelor's Degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience in brand, product, or strategic marketing; financial services or professional services industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail in pursuit of thoroughness and accuracy
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt/reprioritize accordingly with ease
- Resourceful; able to exercise good judgment and come to solutions independently
- Able to translate business objectives and client needs into clear and concise marketing briefs to inspire and galvanize creative agency partners
- Possess strong creative instincts and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
- Able to build and nurture cross-functional, collaborative relationships
- High emotional intelligence; can communicate effectively and responsively to navigate and influence
- Excellent writing and presentation skills

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85,000 and 135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.  However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
