Director, Business Development

Role

As a Director of Business Development (also known as Business Development Professional, Sales and Marketing Specialist), you'll be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the aerospace, urban air mobility, and space industries. You'll also focus on capturing sales opportunities in adjacent markets and identifying opportunities to provide other services from our organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in engineering services, contract manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments in the aerospace, urban air mobility, and space markets.
BS degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or technical field (electrical/ mechanical / or manufacturing engineering).
Deep understanding of engineering services and demonstrated success in driving business growth, meeting sales targets, and closing complex deals.
