Who we are looking for:You excel at building relationships, leading sales growth and creatively solving problems. Your high emotional intelligence and professionalism allow you to act as a consultative partner to your clients.
This prominent role presents an exceptional chance for you to manage some of our key accounts by utilizing your expertise in programmatic strategies, customer engagement, and strategic sales techniques.
What you'll do:Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leadership at Independent Agencies and their clientsWork collectively with The Trade Desk's client services and trading teams to cultivate accounts and grow net new businessCommunicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the productParticipate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineeringTake lead in responding to RFP's or new agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategyIdentify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needsUsing knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiatorsCoordinate global account discussions with counterparts across North AmericaWork closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to optimize efforts aligned with company-wide goalsContribute to The Trade Desk cultureWho you are:Bachelor's Degree10+ years of work experience; must have 5 years of relevant industry sales experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clientsExperience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising roleExisting relationships with decision-makers at key LA agencies companiesEstablished longstanding, consultative client relationshipsStrong quantitative and negotiation skillsAbility to articulate a strong narrativeCollaborate with and take ownership of engagement with TTD brand leads to drive upselling opportunities at the agencyProven track record of exceeding revenue expectationsThe Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
