Job Duties
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, communicating Omni products attributes to Customers, closing Orders, managing Customer relationships, and achieving profitable revenue growth in alignment with Omni's financial goals and mission.

Achieve sales targets to increase and maintain profitable sales of Omni Rewild products.
·

Communicate with Customers (including construction contractors, architectural/engineering specifiers, and materials resellers) on Omni products, including communicating the features, attributes, benefits, applicability, requirements, and limitations of Omni products, communicating Omni's fulfillment process and timelines, answering Customer questions, understanding Customer goals, and effectively managing Customer expectations.

Generate leads, including researching and identifying prospective opportunities, and call, email, present to, and meet with prospective Customers.

Develop prospective Customers and maintain relationships with past and active Customers.
·

Provide Customers Omni product information, Quotes, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
·

Aggressively manage Quotes and Reseller arrangements to close sales. Negotiate with Customers within the sales terms established by the CEO, and close Orders for Omni products.
·

Prepare reports on sales, Quotes, Reseller Agreements, Specifications, and forecasts for CEO.
·

Communicate with internal Omni team for profitable fulfillment of Orders.
·

Attend and manage trade shows and events.
·

Research, identify and develop new business opportunities.
·

Track and report market trends, competitor activity and business conditions that will affect future sales and report to CEO.
·

Resolve Customer concerns in a timely manner and with future sales success in mind.
·

Coordinate with other Omni staff for generation and optimization of technical sales solutions.
·

Coordinate with other Omni staff for development of new marketing materials and product lines.
·

Assist on other projects and tasks as needed.
Experience and Education


Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development roles.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000-90,0000, plus sales incentive compensation
