The Opportunity We are in search of a Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff who will play a key role in partnering with the SVP of Digital and Field Sales.
This role is a trusted advisor to the SVP, ensuring operational excellence across the organization, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as the central point of coordination and collaboration across teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of critical thinking, operational excellence, and effective communication skills to support the success of the Digital and Field Sales team.
What You'll Do Strategic Partnership Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the SVP.Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the organization's vision, strategy, and priorities.Anticipate business needs and provide insights to inform decision-making.Operational Excellence Drive operational rhythm through planning, reporting, and executive reviews.Manage and track key organizational initiatives and deliverables.Build scalable processes and frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.Leadership Support Facilitate the SVP's focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations.Prepare materials and briefings for executive meetings and presentations.Act as the primary liaison between the SVP and cross-functional teams.Program and Project Management Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and special projects to support sales objectives.Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.Ensure alignment across teams and functions.Culture and Team Development Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.Partner with HR and leadership to drive engagement and talent development programs.Foster communication and connection across a global, distributed team.What You Need to Succeed: Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations, management consulting, or chief of staff roles.
Experience in enterprise sales or technology companies preferred.Leadership: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Critical Thinking: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.Operational Excellence: Experience developing processes and structures in fast-paced environments.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with competing priorities.Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 -- $319,600 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
