What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, public administration, business management or related field. Advance degree preferred.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility or community affairs, plus a minimum 4-6 years of experience in budgeting and budget monitoring of philanthropic investment expenses or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Attributes: Experience successfully leading teams in multiple locations, in a highly matrixed organization with the ability to work independently.Deep understanding of corporate philanthropy and corporate social responsibility principlesDemonstrated competency in executing broadly applied corporate philanthropy strategies, including using data to inform decision making and measure impact/return on investmentsThorough knowledge of community relations and philanthropy across the Regence footprintAbility to support strategic nonprofit relationships with local, regional, and national corporate philanthropy community including the ability to promote, influence, and enhance corporate brand and image across the areasExceptional interpersonal skills, ability to interact successfully at all levels within the organization and effectively represent the company in public settings with external audiences. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications. Strong planning and project management abilitiesWell-organized, creative, and have a high desire to learn, contribute, and operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work across teams, manage multiple priorities effectively, assimilate information quickly, analyze problems, implement appropriate solutions, and meet deadlines, while delivering messages that communicate a compelling and inspired vision or sense of core purposeAbility to create strong external partnerships and communicate key messages that enhance Cambia's reputation as a leader in corporate philanthropyAbility to create loyalty and generate strong partnerships among diverse, geographically separated individuals, work groups, and teams for the purpose of achieving assigned objectivesAbility to understand company business strategy and to align external philanthropic partnerships and engage and inspire employees to achieve goals and objectivesDemonstrated willingness and ability to take initiative to ensure that Cambia remains a leader of innovative philanthropic investments and community partnerships in support of business needs What You Will Do at Cambia: Serve as chair of Cambia's internal Corporate Citizenship CommitteeEnhance the company's corporate reputation through developing and maintaining relationships with community leaders, charitable giving partners, public health entities, elected officials, and nonprofit organizationsOversee budget, finances, and day-to-day operations of the Cambia Health Foundation TeamBuild external relationships among public and private funders and seek opportunities for collaboration with business partners, funders, and public entitiesConnect with and amplify the voices of nonprofit grant partnersDevelop thought leadership and research to advance evidence-backed modelsEngage external partners in public-private partnerships to address shared challenges such as access to behavioral health services and health equityServe as a spokesperson to represent Cambia's philanthropic arm in the communities we serveShare stories of impact with employees, consumers, and the publicInspire employee giving and volunteerism and administer 50% match from Cambia Health FoundationRaise external awareness of Cambia's commitment to the community in partnership with Strategic Communications, Public Policy, Sales, and Marketing TeamsProvides ongoing leadership to employees by facilitating and making timely decisions, providing effective communication, recognition and development and participates in organization talent management and succession planning.Provides leadership in developing, implementing, and communicating short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for the function. Aligns team goals with the organization's vision and strategy.You bring unique value to our community of 200 leaders running our company. By actively engaging with your peers and inspiring your teams, you play an essential role in making health care easier and lives better. The expected hiring range for a Director Cambia Health Foundation Strategy & Operations is $175,950-238,050 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for this role is $165,000-270,000.
