In this role, the Program Director of Capacity Management is responsible for performing and supporting the assessment, design, and implementation of The Capacity Management Program at NYPH/CU. The Director is accountable for the management of all inpatient bed flow requests from ED, PACU, ICU, and outside facilities, collaborating with the Admission Department and Nursing to assure expedited placement of patients to beds. The Director will direct a team of Bed Flow Coordinators and is responsible for reporting and reviewing bed capacity status using a dashboard that includes relevant metrics for all departments, as well as leading and organizing day flow huddles.

Preferred Criteria: American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification Required Criteria: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) Masters in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree Current NYS RN licensure OR

Bachelor's or Master's degree from ARC-PA accredited PA program NCCPA Certification Current NYS PA licensure AND

Salary Range: $193,000-$258,000/Annual
