Job Description Proper Change Management is a critical success factor to growth at McDonald's. We support Change at McDonald's through the formation of a McDonald's Change Center of Excellence (COE). The Change COE partners with leaders to enable the human side of transformation, ensuring people adopt the changes needed to promote the long-term success of our business. McDonald's Change COE is seeking a Director, Change Management who will translate complex business needs into change management objectives, plans, resources, and long-term goals. This director will lead key strategic aspects such as operating model activation, change capability development, talent strategy, and leadership alignment within the Change COE. Additionally, the Director guides and influences the Change Management solution design and delivery of change services. This role will report to Sr. Director – Change COE Lead within the Global People function.

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350 - $218,860 per year
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience and other job-related factors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field required; Master's degree in the same field preferred.Ten years minimum experience in Change management required.Experience in strategic advisory, change management, managing multiple program and project teams, and/or executing large-scale Change or Transformation projects for clients and business customers in relevant industries preferred.Advanced to master level project, portfolio, and change management skills required.Comfort with Word, PowerPoint, and collaborative technologies; high Excel proficiency is required.Additional Information This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO).
