As the Product Director of Channels, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our marketing channels: SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that drive growth. Your work will ensure our customers can communicate effectively with their audiences and achieve their goals.
\n What your day could consist of:Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SMS, WhatsApp, and email channels.Drive alignment with company goals, with a focus on innovation and growth in these critical areas.Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs and business objectives.Launch and scale WhatsApp as a new product offering, ensuring seamless integration into the broader platform.Advance the SMS product, making it a central pillar of the company's growth strategy.Lead the evolution of Postmark to maintain its position as a best-in-class transactional email product.Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences.Partner with marketing and sales to drive adoption, user acquisition, and retention across channels.Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, including growth, engagement, and retention.Leverage customer insights and market research to guide decision-making and prioritize investments.
